After acquiring what used to be a paint store, Boone County turned to SOA to renovate the 3,800 sf building into office space for the Purchasing and Facilities Management departments. Known as the “Boone County Annex,” the project also included updating the exterior facades of the building to give a cohesive appearance to the multi-addition building. Given the age of the existing building and various additions, a significant portion of the floor required leveling during the demolition phase in order to provide a suitable slab for the renovated spaces.
