Missouri Governor’s Mansion

State of Missouri

Jefferson City, Missouri

After 137 years, the Governor’s Mansion required major rehabilitation and repair. The scope of work included replacing the slate and membrane roofs, replacement of single pane windows, stone repair and consolidation, brick cleaning and tuck pointing, exterior drainage, painting and decorative repair. Interior repairs included a completely new commercial kitchen and HVAC system, flooring and wall coverings, as well as structural modifications and repair. Although begun in 2001, it would not be until 2008 that sufficient appropriations were made to allow this renovation to commence.
