Project Overview

University of Missouri Health Care selected SOA to update the 30 year old hospital lobby. New information desks, seating areas and clear paths of travel were designed to accommodate the changing dynamics in the lobby. Renovations included new interior lighting and finishes, as well as new, brightly illuminated entry surrounds from the parking garage. The lobby had to remain open throughout construction. SOA collaborated with hospital staff to develop an extensive phasing plan that allowed the work to progress at the required pace while adhering to stringent infection control standards and keeping the lobby functional and safe.
