Project Overview

This schedule-driven renovation of Columbia College’s main dining facility was designed to allow students to interact directly with faculty and staff while addressing changing trends in food service. During normal operation this modern, state of the art kitchen and dining hall serves hundreds of day campus users and, for special events, the entire 10,500 s.f. space can be transformed to accommodate formal events.
