…SOA’s primary strength, in my opinion… is their ability to investigate by a series of meetings. It doesn’t matter how many meetings it takes to get to the real heart of the matter, they are willing to go the extra mile…They are able to ask the right questions and they are able to be patient with us as we struggle to figure out what it is that we want…They do such a good job working through the preliminary process to figure out what our needs are.
