St. Clair Hall is Columbia College’s main campus building, housing administrative offices, faculty offices, classrooms and campus services. SOA created a design to restore 2,793 sf of spaces in the building that were outdated, inefficiently planned and left vacant. In order to maintain staff operations during construction, SOA developed a five-phase plan. Nearly all of the garden level, and much of the main level, were reconfigured to improve function and connectivity between spaces, and to create an aesthetic that is consistent, professional and historically appropriate.
