University of Missouri Health Care (UMHC) currently leases multiple clinic spaces. They chose SOA to assist them in a feasibility study to assess possible building and parking layouts for their six acre site off Keene Street. As part of the evaluation SOA helped determine probable building size, construction budget, and spaces needed for the clinics that would likely be included in the building. The resulting feasibility study estimated that the structure will need as much as 96,000 sf to accommodate the proposed clinics and support spaces.
