Project Overview

In an effort to expand outpatient services, create a new single point of entry with improved wayfinding and enhance the overall visitor experience, Capital Region Medical Center chose SOA to lead them in the design of this 125,000 s.f. project. The new 3-story 115,000 s.f medical office building addition, positioned atop structured parking, offers a variety of specialty clinics. Renovations to 10,000 s.f. of the existing hospital made for a seamless transition between old and new. Intricate construction phasing minimized disruption of patient services.
